"They had a great tray of Filipino breakfast to my room every morning. Lore was the most courteous & professional Front Desk person. The room was quiet & A/C was cool & shower water was hot!"

"Staff were nice and freindly. Beds were clean but the floor had lots of hair all over it. Place is a bit out of way but if you have grab it works ok. No restaurants around so you have to travel a little."

"Aircraft land <100m above your head. I make tears faster than the shower gives water. Could not find my reservation. No amenities of any kind. No room cleaning in 4 days. Need I say more....?"

"I liked it because of the location, very convenient to stores i wanted to go. I don't like to bath towels were like mop for the floors, but smells clean and good. Cockroach greets us when opening the door. Carpet floors were full of stains."

"This is a beautiful well keep and well maintained resort . I would have given it 5 stars but it lack in customer sevice. Do get me wrong the staff were super nice and respectful everywhere from room service to the pool maintenance,gardeners,room9, breakfast staff, i cant say enough about them. So what was wrong, no follow up asking if you would like another drink or dessert etc etc. Sat at the beach area an ordered a cold one and that was it never heard from anyone untill i had to walk back up...
