"It was an amazing experience at Plantation Bay and any feedback I have does not reflect a negative view but for awareness. The no tipping policy is great and even without it the service is top notch. Very impressive. The food options feel somewhat limited and I wouldn’t say I would stay for the food. The best aspect of the food was the morning buffet and there are so many options and a theme each day changes. I would have preferred to have some more casual options with lower price points but...

"Beautiful Surroundings but Underwhelming Accommodation The resort is set in a stunning location with a beautiful pool and an amazing beach that makes for a very relaxing experience. The outdoor areas truly showcase the resort's potential. However, the rooms and overall property are quite run-down, which is disappointing for a five-star hotel at this price point. "My second time staying at the resort. The staff is wonderful, the rooms are great and my team really enjoyed the 3 dining options along with the pool and beach. The spa is under Reno and they are offering in room services but what they don’t tell you is that your massage will be on your bed ( no travel bed) and cost the same. Just a heads up if you want the spa but otherwise this is a lovely option if you don’t want to go super luxury. "
