The owner is very welcoming and will tell you everything you need to know about the products he serves for breakfast and about the region. 10 minutes away from Macon Downtown. 10 minutes away from the Maconnais grand cru. "This place is a no frills budget hotel and I knew that when I booked it so I can’t really complain. But a few little things could have been done better. When we arrived there was no one to check us in. The machine didn’t recognise our reservation… we were in a bit of a panic and nearly had to call Expedia… however thankfully a lady arrived and gave us our key card! The pillows were so cheap as were the amenities in the room. But like I say… I wasn’t expecting anything else and I hadn’t paid for...

"A unique property with a lovely family run feel. The family room had 3 single beds in an adjoining room, the rooms were clean and well furnished. Breakfast was bread, cereal, cake, juice and coffee. The room was quiet and I had a really great nights sleep. "

The hotel is slightly outside of the city center but still within walkable distance. For the price we paid would have expected something much better - would not recommend."
