"Property included everything needed to ensure a great stay. Everything was well appointed and the owner went out of their way both with communication and supplying the space to make the stay easy and enjoyable. Small touches such as curtains allowing for the bedroom to be nice and dark were appreciated. There were ample pillows and blankets. The coffee setup was also a nice touch. We would recommend this location to anyone looking for a nice and quiet space to stay in Pekin, IL."

"Matthew was VERY helpful with booking the property. He was quick to respond and answer any questions I had. If booking, be advised there are several steps to each bedroom (especially third floor) as this is an older, several story home. There is no bedroom or bathroom on main floor (living room has a pullout couch with curtain divider but not separate bedroom.) All rooms are spacious, house is very clean, and has beautiful original woodwork. Driveway is very narrow so be cautious!"

"The property was perfect for all of my extended family (14 in total) to come in to town to celebrate a big birthday! There was enough room for each couple to have their own space and a super cool hang out space for the kids in the basement! While the weather wasn’t good enough to take advantage of the backyard, the space was beautiful!"

"Loved this adorable home! It was perfect for our short stay in Peoria to see The Cher Show at the Civic Center. It is very close to downtown , yet in a quiet neighborhood . We loved sitting outside on the deck . The only thing that was a minor problem was parking. We were able to put a car in the garage , but was unsure if we could park on the street in front of the house. We managed to squeeze the other two vehicles in the drive, but it was a tight fit. We will definitely return here!"

"We were very happy with the house and with Matthew. Matthew was wonderful!!! The only thing we were unhappy about was that we had to clean the dishes. We didn’t have many dirty dishes; however, since we had to pay a cleaning fee, I think that we should not have had to clean the dishes."

"The Speedway Rocky Glen house was perfect! The kitchen was perfectly appointed, everything was clean and tidy and the beds were very comfortable. We also loved the personal touches like the restaurant recommendations and record player with albums. The neighborhood was cute and very close to Bradley. Would definitely recommend."
