"The property was perfect for all of my extended family (14 in total) to come in to town to celebrate a big birthday! There was enough room for each couple to have their own space and a super cool hang out space for the kids in the basement! While the weather wasn’t good enough to take advantage of the backyard, the space was beautiful!"

"Our family stayed here for State Track and Field. The house was a short 15 minute drive from Eastside Center in Peoria and had food/walgreens/ shopping near by. The hot tub was a great addition to the house too. Definitely will stay here again!"

"Property included everything needed to ensure a great stay. Everything was well appointed and the owner went out of their way both with communication and supplying the space to make the stay easy and enjoyable. Small touches such as curtains allowing for the bedroom to be nice and dark were appreciated. There were ample pillows and blankets. The coffee setup was also a nice touch. We would recommend this location to anyone looking for a nice and quiet space to stay in Pekin, IL."
