The kitchen, to include the gas stove, was great for making multiple meals. There was plenty of seating for our family to visit and have coffee. "The property was very nice and the home very comforable. The kitchen was well stocked but quite small for a large group. Two full and one half baths were not great for ten people. Family had a great time being together. "

"This Cozy Cottage was the perfect place to stay near Peoria. I was in the area for a conference at the Peoria Civic Center and was glad I was able to save on money by not staying in a hotel. The property is only a short 15 minute drive to downtown. The home was very clean and well decorated."
