"Great stay at fantastic house and location. Beautiful grounds. All good, just lacking kitchen pans and few bits and bobs too be able to cook for 4 easily, luckily I teach food technology and I'm practical camper so was able to make do. This didn't spoil are lovely 6 night stay."

"Gorgeous farmhouse, in beautiful surroundings. A few more cobwebs than we’d expect, and some issues with lighting (a kitchen light that stays on for 3 seconds, then has a rest for a second, then back on etc etc. Some of the information for guests could be updated or made clearer ie where some facilities are, refuse disposal etc, and some of the basics like a sharp knife would be helpful, but to be fair, the owner and the cleaner were both incredibly helpful."

"Excellent location for a get together. House is split into 5 separate cottages, each fully fitted. Location is excellent, with a nice walk available from the property to the wind turbines. Were able to put gazebo on lawn & BBQ each evening. Would recommend"

"Delightful, tranquil property in gorgeous surroundings. We were totally blown away with the gardens and views. Grove Cottage was charming with a lovely layout, fab TV, Alexa, a well quipped kitchen, lovely comfortable beds and bed linen. Honestly cannot fault this accommodation and we hope to return asap. I would love to know more about Mr Humphreys the original owner and the history of the building and garden."

"Cold tap in the bathroom doesnt work, fire doors dont shut and the chimney seems to be blocked, wifi doesnt work are just a few problems we had that were in the visitors log unchanged from 10 years ago. Dog friendly as long as they dont go upstairs however theres no baby gate. It says fenced garden but its not fenced on all 4 sides, its also communal which i didnt know until arrival. When stripping the bedding we noticed dried up bugs."

"Cottage is kept very clean and tidy and great communication from the owner. It's about a 30 minute drive to Aberdovey, which is worth a visit for a day at the beach. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again in the future."
