"We were looking for an area off the normal tourist track and definitely found it here in Moricone. Beautiful country side, my only negative was there was a dreadful smell coming from the laundry, some form of sewer problem says the plumber in our group other than that the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked if small but a lovely quiet location"

"This was the type of property we were looking for. This was a trip with my wife and me and our 4 adult children. We loved the location away from crowds but close enough to get to every where in Umbria for day trips. If you are traveling in the summer, just be aware there is no air conditioning. Probably not as big a deal if you aren't used to a/c as us spoiled Americans. But with temperatures near 100°F there isn't enough natural air flow through the house to cool it off. "Beautiful villa, well laid out, spacious and well appointed for kitchen, bathrooms, living rooms and outside deck areas. Easy access to nearby town up a fairly steep 200 meter laneway. "Fantastic location with stunning views. Property located in spacious gardens with good sized swimming pool which was well maintained. Bathrooms were disappointing with showers that were barely big enough to get into. Kitchen very small and not very clean with inefficient fridge/freezer that had seen better days. The location was perfect so would properly consider staying again. "

"This is a beautiful home in a lovely setting. The pool is a perfect size for a group of 4 and the property has a gorgeous view. We appreciated the fans in each bedroom for the warmer nights, but being a stone house, it was never too hot to sleep. We loved spending time outdoors and had most meals under the pergola. The caretakers were lovely, kind people who responded immediately when we had a question. The caretakers also brought a flyer advertising the festival taking place in the village...

"The house was gorgeous. We would have liked air conditioning in the bedrooms. It is in a room not needed or used. The garden furniture was a bit dodgy in places. However we loved our stay."

The pool was perfect and there are many choices of areas to sit and relax. The hosts could not have been accommodating and welcoming.
