"This is our second trip there and the owners are very accommodating & friendly and the property is in a beautiful setting , with a great little pool. Unfortunately we were there on a Monday night, so there was no dinner service. But otherwise we were very pleased and will be back next year! "

"Close to Appia park, easy access, minutes from Appia Nuova street, minutes from subway, minutes from Rome historic sites, free parking, nice Roman very safe neighborhood and above all, a modern, clean apartment with all you need for a wonderful stay,.. and a wonderful host (Fernando)..and the list goes on.. we were really impressed!!! We are definitely going back."

"Can’t say enough about this oasis of a property and the property owners! Sara was super responsive and a joy to get to know while we stayed here. The home is very clean and well-maintained- very comfortable. We rented the main house which the upper level apartment for a very reasonable cost. If the whole home is rented, 8 people can stay here very comfortably. Close to grocery stores and train stations too. Would absolutely stay here again!"
