"Could tell it was recently taken over and just getting started. Teething problems with the coffee machine at breakfast and no white sugar, however they were on the ball at getting it all sorted. Really nice clean room, heated mirror in the bathroom and rather modern. Evening meal not really available on site, shame as a few curries on the menu looked rather good. Friendly service and i would stay again. Parking £7 additional to pay on site througha scanned code. "

"Where do I start😡I got there and there was no fridge in room which there was when I chose the room and when I complained she said they don’t put fridges in rooms anymore yet it was still advertised with one,if I knew this I wouldn’t have booked it!!The toilet seat was hanging off,no toilet roll,damp all around the skirting boards,no kettle in room yet there was coffee sugar milk sachets,no plug socket by the bed and the t.v run off an extension lead that had to go across the floor in front of the en suite door which is dangerous!!They said I could go to another rental property but said it wouldn’t be ready until 19.30 on the Wednesday night so I packed all my stuff and went but when I got there at 19.15it hadn’t been cleaned so I took pictures of the mess I walked into and sent them to the agent and she sent pictures back the next morning saying it was done by 19.30 which was a lie because I was still hanging around until 19.25 and no one was there!!you should be able to put photos on here so you can see for your self what they are promoting as good accommodation.I’m going to trading standards anyway because this against the law!!"

"Something went wrong with my onboarding as I didn't get a guest registration email prior to my arrival and the details I did receive only got me access to the building and not to my room! Unfortunately for me, the owner was at the theatre and so missed my phone calls to try and resolve the issue. I eventually got in to my room after about an hour. The owner was very apologetic though and he also allowed me to stay an hour later than the usual 10am checkout time. The room itself is basic but I must admit the bed was very comfy and I got a great night's sleep which was the point of my stay before my next train. It's in a great location near the Crewe Market food hall which had a live singer. Downstairs is a lively Polish restaurant and you may have to ask some of the patrons gathered outside for a cigarette to move aside as you climb the step into the property. There a small kitchen for making tea and coffee (but no cups or cutlery is provided). I like an adventure, but maybe not so much when I'm tired. Ultimately, this was an alright stay where I slept very well and the owner got in touch as soon as he could so couldn't have asked for more on that front."
