"Got in late and the guy at the front desk had no idea how to check us in. Took 30mins for us to pay the city tax while he was face timing someone to walk him thru doing it. "

"The hotel is very near the main station which is great for getting about. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a large choice. The area itself is very nice with lots of cafes."

"Modern design-style hotel with good sized rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful. In the area there's a good selection of restaurants from Greek to traditional German. My only negative was the tiny bathroom in a room designed for 4. I'm not sure who designed this, but they need to have another think. A minor point otherwise as it's a good hotel."
