"We cannot fault our stay, we had a lovely time and location was excellent, we walked to everything within minutes, apart from the railway museum, when we caught the land train from the Minster. The house was lovely and having the outside space was a real bonus as at the end of the week it was warmer and we had coffee out there. We liked the snug and spent a couple of the evenings watching films . We will definitely be bck in York as it was our first trip there and would like to come back in...

"Wow what a house!!! So much more than we were expecting. It had a lovely welcoming, homely feel and had everything you could have asked for. The kitchen was incredible and very well stocked. Plenty of fire wood which we made use of all sat round in the grand living room. My Sons loved playing the piano and all the kids enjoyed playing hide and seek and running around in the grounds. It really was the perfect place for the family to come together and spend quality time making some very special...

"The annexe was beautifully clean - carpet in the main area rather than the hard flooring that many properties have these days - (although I understand why as it's probably easier to clean than carpet) however, that made it very cosy & so warm. Everything was lovely, I can't think of anything that was missing, the attention to detail was 1st class.
