"Amazing cliff top sea views gorgeous empty beach. Quirky accommodation with all you need for a short stay. Host was a very friendly and helpful guy. We went by train but a car would be beneficial as although not far from the village it's a little remote with unlit dirt tracks probably ok in summer but not recommended coming home from the village pub in the dark. "We stayed here for my sisters 50th and loved every minute of it. The view from the garden was out of this world, it made the break. The cottage was cosy and whilst some of the decor wasn’t perfect the description was accurate and as described. We will be back, the view was outstanding and lovely wee pubs in walking distance too. Only marked down on check-in - although very straight forward, the house upon arrival was very cool, no instructions on heating or wifi. Finally found a square box and discovered it was heating and needed to hit a switch on boiler too. Wifi code was also in the same place. Location was also really good very near the beach, park, shops and cafes etc. Parking was easy right outside. I would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed lovely walks along the promenade.
