"Set in a beautiful area with direct access to the beach. A huge enclosed garden for our dogs and seating areas following the sun. The property is tastefully decorated and spacious it’s well equipped. I personally loved the peace listening to the waves at night, drinking coffee outside watching the sun coming up, long walks on the beach with the dogs. There is a small cafe across the road from the property. Arbroath about 6 miles away so shop before you arrive. A perfect getaway property nothing negative about it."

The room was lovely, with a comfy super-king bed, a large room, well lit by 4 windows, good-size shower room, modern and all very clean. "This is a great little bed and breakfast, out in the middle of farming country in rural Scotland. We were there to explore several of the little villages out that way, so this was the perfect location! Breakfast was terrific, the room was spacious and cozy. We'd definitely stay here again!"
