"The food and staff at this resort was amazing. I really appreciated the hospitality here. Everything was great. The only thing this resort lacked was entertainment during the day. As well as there being no swim up bar :( once those two factors have been added in this resort would be 10/10 for me. "

"The staff at Bourganvillea was fabulous! They were welcoming and accommodating, very friendly and good to be around! They made the beach feel so fun, giving my kids Boogie Boards, and helping us with umbrellas and beach chairs. They made us feel at home. The property was ok, but we spent so little time in the room. "The staff very very friendly and went above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Not a great range of food on offer and you had to book your lunch and dinnertimes on the morning which doesn't give flexibility. One Negative was we booked this hotel for the Spa. The spa has been out of action since at least June according to an employee. It has not been amended on the websites or expedia. Very disappointed! "

"Upon check-in we were a little disappointed in our room (1bedroom). After posting a comment in Expedia, the property manager contacted us and offered to change our room to the newer tower. Once we moved our experience was exceptional. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean and bright. Beach was quiet and water was warm and there was great snorkeling. Food was very good with a particular shout out to Oro which was phenomenal. Would definitely come back."
