Hotel staff were true professionals who made us feel welcomed. Finally had a chance to enjoy the Spa as well! Lots of local restaurants as you walk towards Bund. Highly recommend."

Has everything you could ever need . Coco is the most pleasant hotel staff member I have ever met and gives A star service . All hotel staff speak excellent English .
