"The pluses for this apartment is the view, the beds, air conditioning and the garage. The property has a great view but is not lakeside so a bit misleading. I always read reviews before booking, and had noticed comments about lightbulbs, shower, etc. As these comments were made as far back as 2 years ago and the management always responded with promises to fix the issues, I decided to go ahead. "Very nice hotel, excellently maintained, directly across the street from Lake Lugano and the Paradiso boat ferry stop. Not in the town center of Lugano but a short 1 KM walk from the center which we appreciated. Close to everything but a little removed and hence quieter"

"The place is practically fully furnished close to the center and to the train station. Additional services are provided like daily cleaning of the place but I stayed for 2 day only so I did not use it. Remarkable view "
