"Room not ready at 1530 in the day of check-in. Superior suite with 50%of light busted, after 2 days few was replaced but unfortunately the one above the bed was not possible to turn-off, so I sleep with light on. Air condition very noising and leaking water inside the room. All forniture in very bad condition, also several times I was running behaving the stewardess at 1800 for clean my room and replace towels. All was addressed to the manager but nothing change and no any kind of reimbursement...

"Super tranquila, minha única ressalva foi em questão da piscina, fiquei meio na dúvida se eu poderia usar ou não, como os dias que passei foram todos de chuvas não tive interesse na mesma, mas achei muito confuso o fato de ter que avisar caso eu quisesse usar. Isso não me incomodou, mas acho legal deixar mais claro Isso pra outros hóspedes que realmente queiram usar. "

"Foi uma hospedagem irrepreensível, considerando o atendimento muito atencioso de todos os funcionários, a limpeza, o estacionamento no subsolo, a variedade do café da manhã, como também o Menu do restaurante. Sem falar na excelente localização. "

"Area around is very nice , breakfast is good. Bedroom was a little dirty and old. Shower is horrible. All was ok but I won't stay there again!"

"Hotel muito agradavel, proximo de tudo, funcionario educados e atenciosos. Cafe da manha delicioso, só nao gosteo do chuveiro do banheiro devido a forma de como a agua sai, mas o restante maravilhoso, quando voltar em joao pessoa sera la que ficarei hospedada novamente. Recomendo demais. "
