Amazing Hotel facing the beach in João Pessoa. This was my first time in this hotel with my Fiancé and we loved it. The restaurant has a nice decoration as the hotel with lots of plants and trees. Food is very good. The gym and pool are also great. Breakfast is amazing. The staff is very polite, friendly, always available to help. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel but located on a busy and noisy area

It is a charming and comfortable hotel. I booked a room with sea view, but given the events and the pedestrian street in front of the hotel, I barely got to enjoy it. They also claim that the windows are soundproofed, but in truth the street noise was incredibly high and at some moments sleep disturbing

It's an excellent hotel, expecialy the staff which are great and kind. Unfortunately, the pool is too small and the place for take drinks and have some fun almost inexistent. Very good for business travelers.

Staff were nice. Marcelo from IOCÁ restaurant went above and beyond. The property was clean. Housekeeping was wonderful. Beautiful hotel with lots of plants and wood. Good food in both restaurants. Parking on the back of the hotel needs improvement (half of the parking lot is unpaved), the music at ORAMA restaurant at dinner time was loud. Overall, I was pleased and would stay again at this hotel.

I have stayed here since they first opened. The last two times I stayed here I had issues and I will be taking a break and staying elsewhere until they improve the quality again. Most of the staff are nice, the rooms are dirty ie. shower was plugged, there were crushed up Oreos or some type of cookie under the sheets and they randomly give you rooms. Do not expect to get a room with a view, even if you order this and even if the hotel explains that every room has a view .

recomendo apesar de tudo.

o hotel tem um projeto de arquitetura e interiores muito bacana mas senti falta de um gerente, de uma autoridade. fiz diversas reclamações na recepção e a resposta é repetição da mesma frase do treinamento recebido, me sentia falando com uma maquina. Perguntei diversas vezes por um gerente e diziam que tinham um supervisor apenas. Faltou carinho, acolhimento e atenção. Como a hotelaria da cidade é péssima, eu ainda recomendo o hotel, por comparação o Bara é ótimo.
