Falta manutenção nos quartos (a TV não pegava nenhum canal). A pia do banheiro estava encardida com limo, as toalhas amareladas. Não tinha nenhum local para estender roupas de banho molhadas. Toalhas para piscina alugadas por 5,00 a toalha por dia. Acordei às 6:45 com a música alta da piscina ou restaurante. Não voltaria!

O hotel tinha potencial, mas parece que está meio abandonado. Nosso chuveiro dava choque na torneira, com água vazando pra todo lado. As toalhas ruins. O hotel não disponibiliza toalha pra piscina, tem que pagar a parte. Cama desconfortável e café da manhã bem mais ou menos

Esperávamos uma melhor experiência nete hotel

Primeira noite: Nos colocaram num quarto que não tinha box no chuveiro e com sem caída suficiente para o ralo que fez com que a água invadisse o quarto (108). Segunda noite: Trocaram o nosso quarto e neste quarto, o ar condicionado não refrigerava suficiente o quarto que era muito quente. Este quarto fica no último andar e pega sol o dia inteiro. No dia do Check-out, o elevador não estava funcionando e tivemos que descer as malas por escada (3 andares)

The hotel itself is nice and the staff responsive. The morning breakfast crew did a good job with the food. You can plan on not taking a shower around 6:30 A.M. due to an apparent lack of water. On the weekend, you will need some ear protection until around midnight when the local bands stop playing. You might check around to see how the competition is rated in the area before you book here.

Experiencia razoável.

Lugar limpo e em boas condicoes. Atendentes educados. Restaurante HORRIVEL, 2 horas pra ter um prato entregue. Definitivamente joao pessoa e otima mas ainda nao tem preparo em geral pra receber turistas, ainda precisam melhorar muito.

Atendimento é tudo.

A estadia foi boa, graças ao recepcionista Sandriel, e a chefe de A&B Eliana, que contornaram alguns contratempos que passei no hotel assim que cheguei, corrigindo alguns atendimentos e providenciando o necessário. Parabéns aos dois pelo atendimento humanizado e com empatia. Café da manhã e limpeza do quarto excelente. E o pessoal da manutenção muito ágeis e educados.
