Our stay was mid July, the house temp was between 74°-77° with 60-80% humidity (according to thermostat) the thermostat was set between 70°- 74° was set at different temps throughout the day. "The house was as advertised. Very clean, lots of space for my kids to run around. It was a quiet area and very close to where we needed to be. The only complaint I have is about the road the house is on. Thankfully we all drive trucks or SUVs because it’s a dirt road with many potholes. Could be difficult to get down it in a car. Karin was great and oven let me back in the house after I forgot something"
