"We had a great stay at this property. AC worked well. There is a lift. The area is fantastic for just about everything because it's on Grafton Street, a pretty swanky part of Dublin, with lots of bars, restaurants, fast food, grocery stores and other shopping. May not be suitable for families or female travellers due to the activities happening downstairs (casino and the corner shop, can get a bit rowdy at times). Only complaint within accommodation is the water pressure in the bathroom. Overall will recommend this accommodation!"

"Fantastic location, office staff great. Good kitchen set up with everything we needed. Not the comfiest of beds, the bathroom definitely needed an overhaul - broken tiles and the shower screen leaked which turned the floor into puddles. Would however stay again on a short trip due to location and service. the issues were only minor "

"Clean and spacious apartment, too far from city centre, beds are very uncomfortable. Doors entrance code was given wrong on the email so we spent more than 20 min outside while someone let us in, because nobody answered the number that was given as an emergency after hours contact. "The penthouse was a great size and had great views all around. Check-in was easy - since the apartment was ready early we were able to ask our cab driver to take us from check in to the actual apartment location. It was nice and quiet. A bit of a walk to get downtown but we did it multiple times with older kids and were fine. Closing blinds took a bit to figure out but they all worked by a button on the blinds plugin if the wall button didn’t work. We would definitely stay here again "

"Was a bit confusing getting to the location at first but we found our way. The size was perfect for our stay. Didn’t need anything big. The floor boards between the rooms was noisy so it was hard getting to the restroom quietly and not waking anyone. It was quiet, except when students came but that was when we were about to leave for the day. Shower was spacious and clean and hot. We really appreciated the tea and breakfast option. "

"First & foremost - great lil spot for 2 people. My niece and I had a girls trip. Perfect location! Easy to find, easy to get to other touristy spots. It was clean, everything worked, all good. Our only issue, and we experienced it every day, was the noise level of the other tenants.
