"Overall, our stay in Lubec was amazing! The location was fantastic - beautiful views, and less than 10 minutes from town. The house was lovely and well supplied. The lobster pot was perfect and the kitchen was very well stocked. There were a lot of flys in the house during our week there. Never did figure out where they came in the house, but they were bad and they did bite! Also a lot of spider webs that had not been knocked down in a while. "The space, location and layout of this house was really nice for our group of seven friends and we had a great week. The host was very responsive and communicated well. The heat was not working downstairs upon arrival, but he had a repairman come in to fix it and he also came over immediately when we were having trouble turning the fire pit on.
