"The online pictures made this unit look so cute. However, it was dusty, and old. I think it has a moisture problem, and the air freshener was so strong I could smell it in my purse and on my clothes after leaving. The bathtub had a hole in the ceiling on arrival, with debris in the tub. The kitchen was sparsely supplied, not even a toaster. "The condo was in a location convenient to the college and the football stadium. (We even walked the two miles after the game to avoid waiting in traffic). Parking was easy and close. The property was clean, and the beds were comfortable."

"We had lived in these apartments (now condos) when my husband was a student at NCSU in 1970-1973. We love to stay in these now condos when we return to Raleigh to visit family in the area. Chip has done a nice renovation on the condo but the outside still retains the 70's vibe. It's a great location for walking to the Village with lots of restaurants, shops and grocery stores.
