"Our room was really nice, clean and comfortable. The food was nice. We came with our dog but even though the hotel states that it is dog friendly, it is really we let you bring your dog. There was an area to eat when you have a dog (which was fully booked on the Friday) so we sat in the bar area which had a good atmosphere. We asked to be sat there on the second night as the dog friendly area was out of the way and there was no atmosphere. It is important to us when we come away with our dog...

"This is a terrible place for a person expecting a good nights sleep in a clean environment. I ended up staying in what felt a converted shed. It was cold and damp. The person did not want to know about the mould & wanted me to cancel staying on a bank holiday weekend. With health issues I would have preferred to not to stay at all. "The front desk was super helpful! They were kind, positive, helped us find a closer location for our rental car return that wasn't the airport, and general positive attitude. The beds were comfortable. The apartment clean. Proximity to the train station couldn't be beat. Literally a 30 second walk out the front door, One of our group was traveling to the airport and the others on a train to London. Great location."
