"Convenient, close to bus exchange. Nice staff. Chose double room for myself so I could have my iwn bathroom. But thin walls with awkward neighbor noise as well as weird electrical or plumbing whirring in walls. And kitchen smells from 1st floor permeated entire building including my 3rd floor room!"

"I was accommodated in a single room. First, the staff was super nice and helpful. The kitchen's equipment examplary. Nice lounge area. Everything seemed modern and clean. But: my room was quite loud. There was constant droning sound that earplugs couldn't get rid of. When somebody used the bathroom next door it became almost comically noisy. There was a large window but only a simple blind to cover. Also, it was quite cold both in the room and the bathroom but there were no heaters. When you pay...

Arrived to find everything locked and no answers at property manager phone. Sent text to only get reply it may take a few days. No compensation offered for more than an hour of scrambling. Poor management. Really felt compensation would have been in order. We really felt stuck. Few alternative options. Thankful for Expedia. "
