We had easy access to the beach from our hotel, comfortable room, super friendly staff, close to activities in the area, and overall a great place to stay in Gulf Shores. "Amazing hotel experience, clean, comfortable with a very high end feel. Breakfast was delicious and tasted fresh. The whole hotel was very well taken care of and had great amenities such happy hour until 7pm with free drinks and free washer and dryer."

"The Tru hotel is ultra modern, but lacked a swimming pool, a room safe, and a bar/restaurant. They did have games, including a pool table in the lobby. They did have items you could purchase around the desk, but they were very expensive. A 20 ounce bottle of Coke was four dollars. We ended up driving to Walmart to get our stuff. Not much around the area, other than a ballpark, which is out of season right now. There is a Costco down the road and some other shopping. Our sink didn’t drain very...
