"The stay was wonderful. The condo was clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located. The shuttle service in the resort is excellent. We would have liked a wood fireplace instead of gas, but it did the job. The only thing that we were disappointed in was that access to the pool was not included with our rental. I did not see this in the description or any of the emails. The woman running the pool was VERY nice and gave us a complimentary pool day as she mentioned that some packages include it...

"Kitchen had only two frying pans both with worn-peeling Teflon, pots non-stick. bath mats disgusting, heater in bath did not work, 1980 kitchen and furniture.Excellent mattress, unit has nice layout, location is ski to lift if the trail is open. Rated a 3 only becuase of location and matress."

Check in was tough because the inside of the lock had frozen so key didn’t go in. The snow/ice got in there somehow and took 30min to chip/take out. Check-in and check-out were seamless, which was especially important for us as we were in town for a ski race and needed everything to run smoothly. The condo was just as described and perfectly suited our needs. Everything worked as expected—an overall great experience."
