"The property was great for our group of 4. Kitchen was well equipped, although toaster needs replacement. Bathrooms had lots of towels and dove soap/shampoo/conditioner. A few things we could have used were scissors and kleenex. The shower drains do need a cleaning as they filled up while showering to cover our feet and drained very slow. We did have an issue with beeping on our last night. It was a water sensor telling us there was a leak under the sink. We weren't sure how to shut the sensor...

"Tom the manager/owner I guess was 10/10 points. Always available and kind when we needed him the most after our daughter broke her leg while skiing. The property very comfortable and well located with true ski in and out easy to do. Great place to be."

"We had an excellent stay at this property. Garrett was very responsive throughout the trip. The check in process was incredibly easy and there was tons of parking. The location truly can’t be beat, the two minute walk to the village was so convenient for dining and grabbing supplies at the county store. But it is "on the market" as a rental and you have an obligation given that to manage a few things well for your customers. That is clearly not being done with this property. What started as likely pretty mediocre quality "camp" like structure has significant deferred maintenance issues. The outside entry way is essentially plywood, frost heaved pavers, peeling paint. "If you want to ski at Jay Peak and avoid the crowds and have a ski in/out this is a great location. Just be sure to check the app to make sure the lift nearby is running that day! Either way, you can take a shuttle to the Lodge and hop on and then ski home when you are done. We enjoyed our trip and the time together as a family before the craziness of the Holidays. The place was toasty warm which was great for our stay when it dipped to negative temperatures! We hope to be back someday!"

"We had a wonderful 4 day stay at Deb’s little piece of paradise on Jay Peak. This condo has everything you could possibly want especially easy access to the Grammie Jay trail on Jay Peak. This is a bottom unit so you get to enjoy watching the snow build up outside of the cozy bedroom windows. Highly accommodating host who truly cares about her guests experience. Don’t look any further, rent this condo for an amazing memorable vacation!!!"

"Very good place to stay. All of the accommodations were excellent. The only difficulty--and this is no fault of the apartment itself--was that it snowed and the roads did not get plowed the morning I needed to get out and it was nearly impossible to drive up the huge hill unplowed. If I hadn't had a four-wheel drive rental car, I would have been stuck. Just FYI, regarding weather and conditions of the resort. It is very hilly and road care could have been much better."
