"Um ar condicionado fez falta. Recepção boa porém confusa com hóspedes estrangeiros. O café da manhã é muito ruim, saímos com fome nas duas diárias e as meninas que trabalham lá são mau humoradas e grosseiras. Estacionamento limitado e tem que dar a volta no quarteirão para estacionar. Falta uma geladeira (frigobar) no quarto. O lugar é bonito e o jardim é bem cuidado. "

"The service level at this hotel is terrible. Don’t be deceived with the beautiful surrounding forests and the well marketed architecture. There is almost no service. The staff is like floating clueless ghosts and everywhere in the hotel is freezing. The food is also terrible. Nawelpi is certainly not a 5 star hotel. I’d like to meet the person who gave 5 stars to this hotel. At best it’s 3 stars. The indifferent attitude of the staff is unforgivable. In the room, almost nothing works. "

No. English speakers on staff though when we arrived (and we unfortunately don't speak Spanish) so difficult to get information on local area attractions. "Our stay was quite disappointing, to the point I felt I was ripped off. To start with, as I was booking, all the information including photos indicated a room with a view to the river.....not only did we NOT get a view to the river, our bedroom window on the ground floor (right next to the office of the concierge/front desk) had a view to a filthy storage area that had the exit air tube of the dryer machine hit directly to our window.
