"This is a gated Apt area. This Apt is on the 8th floor. All the staff here were very nice and helpful. If you stay here you will have great access to both Villarrica and Pucon. "

"This property is like a motel with a kitchen, extremely run down. Stained carpets, crumbs on the kitchen floor and particles of food in the microwave. Curtains were dirty and full of holes. Bed was OK and clean. Had to go down 2 flights of stairs to the garage area to get a very weak Internet service."

"The place was as described. Small but efficiently laid out. We stayed for 8 nights. It would have been nice to be up a few floors. Did not feel that comfortable leaving the patio door open at night to cool off the room. Pablo was a good host. Good communication and helpful tips. There were a lot of young couples at the complex, some of whom thought it was fine to have sex in the pool. We avoided the pool."
