"This is very centrally located hotel on a busy street. I was fortunate to have an off-street room on the 5th floor at the end of the hallway. There was an AC unit and a view of Cofre de Perote. Maid service and reception service was efficient if brusque. Overall, a pleasant stay."

"It was nice. The bed was uncomfortable and i asked them to replace a light bulb but they did not. The sheets and towels had stains on them. The staff was friendly and the grounds are beautiful. Room service wasn't good. "

"It took them 30 minutes to give me a room. Then they gave me a room where there were already people in it and I had to go down to complain and get an empty one. This has never happened to me before. It was a bad experience. I do not recommend it"

"I had a wonderful stay at the HB Xalapa. The staff was very friendly and professional. Despite being next to a busy road, the room was surprisingly quiet. The bed was amazing! I really slept well in and the room itself was well apportioned. The only reason I did not give top marks was because the WiFi was poor - I could not a consistent and stable connection and had to use data on my phone and give up trying to use my computer.
