"Super hotel for our week long stay. Great rooms with the most amazing balconies and views. We were in 806. Pool very nice and quiet, no fighting for sunbeds. Ate dinner twice and breakfast once and used pool snack bar as well. Staff were all exceptional and food great value and highly recommended. "Grouting in bathroom for floor tiles looks dirty and tiles need polishing? Not the cleaners fault they were all friendly and efficient.itv channels not usually available on TV for some reason we could get itv1! When we arrived not a very warm greeting. "An excellent property. Quite with sea views and sunset. Lovely and clean. Nice food and entertainment if needed. Near a beach, bus, restaurants and shops. Trips and airport transfer strained from the hotel. A perfect stay. "

"Arrived 1:30pm. Checked in and luggage stored. Room not available until 4pm. Requested a seaview when booking in March. None available. Was offered to upgrade to the Penthouse with all round views, hot tub and bed & breakfast for £300 extra for 3 of us - so why not. Been several times so knew what was on offer. No hot water for showers until part way into 2nd day. Room wasn't cleaned for check in time 4pm. Hot tub was cleaned either until day 3 - certainly not what was expected for upgrade fee....

"I meant to stay at the Sunset Harbour Club with friends but accidentally booked the wrong place. Luckily this was only a 15 minute walk from there. I found the room excellent and staff friendly and helpful. I can't comment on the facilities as I was meeting friends elsewhere each day so didn't really use them, but what I saw looked good. Lots of things going on if staying on site. Would recommend. "

"We asked for the towels to be changed at an specific date and did not happened … when we asked to be changed we were told that they will change them the day we are living which as you can understand did not made any sense Overall the property has great amenities "

"I had such a wonderful experience at this hotel! The location and views are truly beautiful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The food on the property was fantastic, and I loved how close it was to exciting places like Siam Park, Jungle Park, and the beach. Being near the center of Los Cristianos meant there was always something to do. I also appreciated the peaceful evenings, which allowed me to relax and unwind. I can't recommend this hotel enough; I’m definitely looking forward to booking another stay soon!"

3rd time at same Hotel

"Loved my stay here again! I got upgraded as ive been here a few times before, thank you 😊. Hotel rooms are very clean, has amazing views of the mountains and the sea. The pool area at the top floor is great for views! In a very good location too where you dont get too much noise but only 5mins walk away from main areas. A few downsides are that the hot tub doesn't get hot and the wifi in the room is very poor. So maybe top up on your mobile data before you go! But overall a great stay with friendly working staff at reception 🙂"

"I enjoyed everything about my stay here apart from one thing - which to be fair - the hotel cannot do much about. My room was on the 7th floor and across the road was an outdoor sports bar which had extremely loud football until about 10pm then a very loud singer & music that went on until after midnight. There is virtually no soundproofing on the balcony doors - luckily I always travel with earplugs but it would have been hellish if I didn't! I flagged this up at reception and suggested they could include packets of foam earplugs in their nice little emergency kits in the bathrooms. Other than that the hotel is lovely and the food was exceptionally good."
