"Staying at the State Plaza was so nice!. It had a small kitchen that was cery nice if you plan to stay for days. It was my first time visiting Washington D.C. and hopefully it wont be my last time. The place very close to everything. Parking not so great!. $50 per night!!! It was nice, quiet and close to the white house. "

"I loved this hidden gem of a resort. Very close to all the attractions and monuments. But honestly I did not even want to leave the premises of the resort because the pool and hot tub were heavenly. The staff is so accommodating. Check out is before or at 12; since we have a four month old of course getting out on time is tough. The housekeepers did not rush us out, neither did the staff at front desk. We ended up leaving the room at 1245 and the housekeepers even smiled genuinely at us and wished us a good trip. "

"Awesome boutique hotel. Decor in public space and guest rooms are very welcoming and comfortable. The main lobby and small outdoor balcony near elevator is the perfect place to sit and read, have a conversation or as I did waterpaint. The area is definitely a foodie adventure so many places to choose from. The Treehouse and cafe on site are very good. I recommend reservations for the Treehouse, the 2 times (5:30pm Wednesday &Thursday) I stopped in for an early dinner I was informed they had only bar seating. All the tabels were reserved. I was there about an hour and a half and only 3 tables has guests. Food is good and the waitstaff are pleasant and attentive. "

"Our stay was nothing short of amazing. Diamond at the front desk was outstanding, and gave us the best service. She was able to accommodate our room early upon for early check-in, and gave us amazing food and drink recommendations. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for a great hotel team, in an awesome location, with good amenities. Thank you to the team!"

"The staff were friendly and nice. The decor of the hotel was upscale, chic and had a modern and contemporary feel that was awesome and really had an appeal that made you want to explore all that the hotel had to offer. The uniqueness of the hotel was unlike any other "

"Great location- easy walking to the National Mall, Monuments, Museums and the Wharf. Breakfast at the Capital Bistro onsite was delicious and the Starbucks inside made for a quick grab and go snack option. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Only downside was the fire alarm went off about midnight one night but thankfully we didn’t need to evacuate."
