"Upon arrival David informed us we did not have a booking. I accidently booked for the wrong night. He was so great in helping me get a room for that night I arrived. He was the best and he saved the day. "

"The first room I was placed in did not have a place to hang clothes, carpet was not recently vacuumed (dirt along walls), and several spots on walls had been somewhat repaired and not painted. Room was changed and was a little bit better, but clearly had not been cleaned well for some time, toilet was dirty, no towels in room, dirty underwear left on floor behind chair, etc. I took pictures."
