The night staff was very kind, professional and very helpful! Very spacious rooms and they had Dove soap products which are higher quality compared to the basic soaps other hotels offer!

The property looked a little disheveled when we drove up. Driveway really should be paved. Inside, the hotel was very comfortable, as was our room, despite it being very close to rr tracks. Surprisingly, very quiet sleep! The young lady that checked us in was very pleasant, professional, and helpful. Told the front desk person when we checked out about our running toilet, lack of stopper in sink. He, too, was very pleasant. Coffee in the morning was good!

I made the reservation online. When my husband and I arrived at the hotel, the front desk person could not find our reservation. He said that they were having problems with their system. It took a few minutes for him to give us a key to our room. When we went to open our room, it was occupied by someone else. We had to go back to the front desk and request another room. We were given another room but this one had what seemed like a full size bed instead of a king size which is what I had booked. To make things worse, one side of the mattress had a big bump. The area around the sink had been sloppy remodeled. There were no hand towels and neither was there the towel that is placed on the floor after you shower. They only had a face towel by the sink and it looked very worn out and there was no phone in the room to call the front desk and request the towels. In my opinion, this hotel room was not worth they money that I paid.

Basic Trucker Hotel
It's definitely a truckers hotel. "Pool closed" sign but yet, as we later found out, the pool was not closed at all. We had a sofa bed but no linens for that fold-out bed. In the end, it gave us a place to sleep but if you can make it to Tuscon (if heading West) or Las Cruces (if heading East), I'd recommend that. We didn't even shower there, just got on the road the next morning. Uses the Wyndham name but not the quality.

Worst place to stay.
Dog across the room from me barked for hours. Ask to be moved to another room. Was moved to the second floor. No AC at all in the second floor. Room AC did not work. Refrigerator did not work and leaked water. I have to store my insulin in the frig to keep cool. So this was an issue. Floor tiles in the bathroom are slippery and almost fell. Almost slipped on the tiles in the lobby as the reception person said he just mopped. No signs posted for that. Just decided to eat the cost of staying here for less than 2 hours and left. Found a better hotel down the road and everything worked fine.

No pool, although advertised. The hot tub was cemented in. Many of the breakfast options were also broken. The cleaning crew were the sweetest people ive ever met. The staff were very nice.

Nice clean basic
Nice clean room. Very quiet. Great front desk service. Downside: The pool was closed, and continental breakfast was cereal only. Coffee was good though. Will stay here again.
