"I truly enjoyed my stay at Hotel da Música; it's charming, well located, and staff is great. The few issues I noticed: 1) NO ONE to assist carrying bags upstairs from the street entrance to the lobby on the 1st floor. 2) Asked for room service at 8:30am, only got it after 3pm. Expedia perk of a free bottle of wine was redeemed at the bar (but we took it to our room). Minibar fridge was useful (for our own drinks!) and transport options to the centre were plentiful with a bus stop close by and metro 10-minutes walk away. For £56 a night, unbeatable value and would highly recommend."
