"This is my usual hotel I stay at whenever I visit Tallinn! The location is perfect and the restaurant is great! The breakfast buffet is nice and I love sitting and reading my book near the window in the dining area. Located about a 2 min walk from the main square. The rooms are very small and they never upgrade you if you ask, even if the hotel is empty. But I always sleep well here and the rooms are adequate. "

"being first time at Tallinn via Cruise it was most convenient place to stay and easy to go to old town . I was able to check in before 3 pm which was great :) . The staff was super friendly and they were very helpful to explain everything. breakfast buffet is amazing add-on. overall it was amazing stay for two nights. On day 2 though the AC was acting up a bit. "

"Service was hit or miss, some friendly some were not friendly, the hotel was modern and very clean, breakfast was very good, room was cleaned everyday. Free coffee in Lobby which is a big plus. One lady who worked in the bar was so cold and unfriendly, she seemed to really dislike us, and it showed. The people who worked on the front desk were very helpful and polite"

"2 sides of hotel next to busy roads Our first room had curtains that would not close fully there was a gap of 6 inches and in June this gave us a poor nights sleep After being moved everything was fine service cleaning breakfast etc"
