A good location just outside the Old Town with good transport links to airport. The spa was a real bonus as was a choice of three on-site dining options.

Very close to The Old Town which was great. Rooms are outdated and showingvwear and tear. Good facilities available in hotel - pool and spa. Their cafe had a great selection although it could take time to get served.

Nice hotel with an amazing spa/wellness area, a bit busy sometimes though. The gym is also great, full of machines, dumbbells and bars, best and biggest gym I have ever been to in a hotel! The city centre is 15/20min away and all main attractions are within walking distance.

This property feels more like a hostel than a hotel. It is modern but has no soul. The staff are remarkably unfriendly and unhelpful. Everything seems stingy. Insufficient blankets with no ability to get more. Cannot get a washcloth. Had to as several times for towels to be changed even though the option to do so was offered. When the towels were changed, the room was not made up or cleaned (over a several day stay). Breakfast was ample enough but not refreshed over the course of several hours. It dried out. All of this might be tolerable but not in a hotel that bills itself four star. It feels like a good two or a mediocre three star. The disengagement of the staff was perhaps the most off-putting element of the stay. There is a spa, and there, I heard the staff were better.

The hotel, staff and food were great..however our room had an adjoining door..and youths with no supervision were up until 2am every night making lots of noise and disturbing our sleep,so it was not a restful break.

my view off the park inn radisson in tallinn was so good staff very helpful there was one girl called carman frei she was so helpful with advise and imformation and also a ukraine girl i forgot her name but she was everywhere and worked so hard food was very good staff good spa/pool clean and warm transport accessable and town you can walk too in 5 minites

They need to redo the floor of the bathroom, every time I took a shower the bathroom flooded, it was a mess Staff sent a technician but he said that they need to keep the room free for at least a couple of weeks to work on this big issue Friendly staff, good breakfast buffet and the hotel is close to the historic part of the city
