"I took my 5-year-old granddaughter for an overnight stay at the hotel and a day on Pearl Street. The service was excellent, staff was so courteous, kind, and very professional. The room was perfect. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. We had the best time, having 2 meals in the restaurant, which was kid-friendly as well. We dressed fancy for our evening meal and felt special. The vending machine was a hit, but the old gate-closing elevator was not something a 5-year-old was excited to try. It was cool, nevertheless. Highly recommend."
