"Purple Mountain house is a spacious, recently renovated - to a high spec - house. The bedrooms are roomy with very comfortable beds and bathrooms are big too. "Our stay at "Tigin Mamo" was wonderful. The propeerty is off the beaten track about a mile outside the village. but is perfectly situated with a view over the estuary. "Really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Check-in and parking was quick and easy. The apartment was clean and warm, slightly dated but I would happily live there! Washer/dryer in the apartment which was very handy. 30 second walk from one of the main streets in Killarney. "

"This property was perfect! We were a group of 5, so we utilized the apart hotel. It was spacious and clean, allowed us to have communal space and private sleeping. Dining at the restaurant was fantastic. Jason was our server and he was amazing. Food was great, only a short 10 min walk to the Muckross Abbey and a breath taking lake. Fabulous hotel and great value for money

"Fabulous hotel with lovely facilities and very friendly staff. Food was delicious and the pool was great for families. The room was large for a family of 4 and it was very quiet and comfortable. We loved our stay and would highly recommend"

"The check-in staff were exceptionally friendly and explained that they would accommodate an earlier check-in as soon as our room was ready. The lobby is really stunning, with fireplaces and a cozy ambience. The bar and restaurant on site were really nice too. I would recommend staying for breakfast, which we did. The breakfast spread exceeded my expectations. As we stayed on weeknights in January, it clearly was not the '' busy '' time of year. However, even though it wasn't that busy the spa of the hotel still had quite a few people in it. The spa facilities were beautiful, but I would imagine during the high season this gets overrun and wouldn't be as relaxing. "

Management at its best.

"The best hotel stay in a long time thanks to manager Brian Budhlaeir. Our suite was so spacious, comfortable, clean and homely. It even had a christmas tree. There was live music on the piano during dinner, mulled wine and games. The atmosphere in the Aghadoe was so relaxing and we cannot wait to return."

"Amazing hotel to launch our drive around the ring the next day. Parking is available around the corner (5 minute walk) in an open parking lot. Many cafes and restaurants and bars all within 10 minutes maximum walk. Loved our stay!"
