"This was a charming B & B. The owners were wonderful and very friendly. I went chestnut collecting with owners father. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel, this isn't it. However, the coziness and friendly atmosphere, is unsurpassed. The villa grounds are beautiful. I highly recommend this villa, if you are looking for some peace and quite!!"

In ogni caso la recensione negativa è strettamente legata ad una esperienza successiva, in cui una prenotazione effettuata tramite sito è stata annullata per overbooking a causa della totale incompetenza del personale nel riuscire a gestire questo tipo di piattaforme di prenotazione. Il tono utilizzato dal gestore è sembrato del tutto inadeguato alla situazione e sembrava scaricare la colpa sul cliente intimandomi (con toni tutt'altro che gentili) di cancellare...

"This is a lovely property connected to the Hotel Antico Vicenza. Spacious, clean, steps from the Pallazo, great shopping and restaurants. The staff at the hotel are just delightful and really go out of their way to be helpful. We were traveling with small children and the apartment was easily childproofed, building and courtyard safe and elevator modern and in working order."
