"The house was clean, beautiful, and in a great location. The neighborhood is very cute and quiet. Both the inside and outside of the house are decorated beautifully. The seating areas outside were a favorite for my group! The host was great about responding to messages. Overall I highly recommend!"

"Grand Slam III house was everything it was advertised to be! It was a wonderful home with ample space for our 3 generation family. I canā€™t think of a single thing missing from this home. The location was also fantastic, near the pools, athletic center and clubhouse. We will always have wonderful memories of our vacation at the Peninsula."

"We absolutely loved our stay. The house is in a super cute and quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the pool, made smores with the grill, took walks and played in the yard. Cape Henlopen and Rehobeth Beach are within 30 minutes and both are beautiful beaches. Lots of restaurants and shops close by as well. We have already recommended this place to our friends who are looking to travel soon and we will definitely be back!"

"We had an awesome time. The house was neat, clean, quiet and in great shape. Definitely more than enough room for the 10 of us. The kids had a great time at the swimming pool area which contained a wave pool and a pool with an obstacle course. Mary Beth was wonderful. She was very responsive and helpful with regard to the home as well as The Peninsula. "

"House was large enough for 10 of us. Enough room to congregate in the kitchen, living room & outdoor patio; and large enough to sprawl out for down-time. House was clean; beds & couches were comfortable. Community wave pool, splash pad, and water obstacle were our kids fave part of the rental. It was a surprise to us that there was additional fee for this because it was not mentioned on the initial listing but in the end the fee was worth it for us.
