The brewery next door was very quiet. Location was easy for us to get to Milton for house hunting. In the summer the front porch would be great to use and also great for large groups. "Enjoyed the home. Had a continuous battle with small ants on the counter and some cabinets. Noticed that they were climbing up the outside of the house too. Suggest perimeter ant control be applied periodically. Removal of some of the saplings along the edges of the driveway would allow easier access in/out. Would recommend monthly cleaning of gutters- we endured some heavy rainstorm due to the hurricane and the water just went right over the gutters because they were plugged full of pine...
