"Stayed at the ruby apartment. Was hesitant to stay as there wasn’t many reviews but it was local to where I was working so thought it give it a try. Arrived at the apartment block fairly late but clear clear instructions before my arrival made it easy to gain access to my apartment. Key was in a key safe by the front door. "I was given details of a specific flat with entry to obtain the keys, panicked when keys weren’t there , quickly told how to obtain spares, when I opened the door there was already someone there. Told they had changed and got the new keys etc. what they don’t tell you is that there a sound alarm so when the arc went loud it tripped this and we got a call. Also take towels they are very small, more like hand towels and bed linen was dirty well marked and torn. However, the layout was ok and...

"Great one night stay here for the grand theatre Wolverhampton. Only £6/7 in a taxi there. Couldn't really find a nice hotel in the town centre, so found this gem. It's kept it's old gothic style with all modern furnishings. Lovely dining room. My one and only complaint was the pillows were hard. But suited my friend that stayed with me, so just personal choice. Amazing staff. Nice walk down the lane to nice pub too. "

"We stayed here for my wife’s 55th birthday. My wife has mobility issues and the staff were very accommodating to her needs. As usual staff are very attentive, polite and friendly. Only issue is they have changed the evening menu and was not to our taste so dined out in the evening. Bar menu and breakfast excellent with lots of choice. Fantastic stay once again 😊"

"Had an absolutely amazing 1 night stay here. The staff are all so friendly, room was perfect and it is in such a great location. We dined at the restaurant in the evening and had breakfast to. Food was an amazing quality and tasted amazing. Would stay here again! "

"Had an excellent stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room service was quick and convenient. The room was cleaned and the bed made whilst we were out. Overall a good hotel. The only thing which was slightly inconvenient is the parking charge which was not very well advertised prior to arrival. It would be good if that charge was built into the room cost for at least 1 vehicle as based on location - it is unlikely many guests would not be parking there."
