"The property is lovely. However, most of the staff seemed to be put out if you asked for things, such as asking for coffee with your breakfast. The bartender lady at the main lobby bar, provided the slowest service I have ever seen. The laundry services is NOT same day - it was 2 days and they double charged. Piccolo's is not worth money, the food is meh at best and the wine is over priced and not included with the meal. "

"When we first got there, our room key didn’t work. It took 30 min for someone to work the computer system at the door in order to fix it. We were hungry and thirsty standing at our hotel room with our luggage in hand. That’s unacceptable!"

The waterfront villa's are an excellent choice with prime views of the ocean. The food was always great and staff is very accomadating. WIl definitely be visiting again!"
