"The house was clean and quite adequate for our 3 day stay. We met Mr. Marshall when we arrived (he was there with a crew working on furniture and some repairs). He was very pleasant, as was the crew. We like to cook for ourselves. The stove was not completely functional -- shelves do not fit, and the interior needs a good cleaning. The towel rack above the second floor bathroom toilet is pulling of the wall and could use some attention. Rick Ginther (for the Ginther Siblings)"

"Thanksgiving family get away for 4 days was great in this property. Plenty of bed rooms big table. Great stove. We cooked there all 4 days. Has a grill. Very close to outlets. Very happy with your stay!"

"Overall great stay. Came with 3 college girls friends for a quick weekend. Property was clean, cute and cozy. A few items that the property does not have that would have been nice are an iron/ironing board and a blow dryer. Hot tub appeared new and a great addition : nice to relax in the evenings. Overall house was clean, well equipped and well maintained. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Union Pier area. "

"My sisters and I converged at the beach neighborhood house to celebrate my 70th birthday. We all enjoyed the house, especially the the back deck: an unobstructed view of the Galien River flowing through its wetlands. The beds were all comfortable and the dining table had room for everybody. The area is scenic and cultural, in a Midwestern way. We all recommend it."

"We were VERY happy with our stay at this adorable Three Oaks, Michigan home. The hosts thought of every thing to make our stay feel as homey as possible! Things like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee etc. were top notch. The beds and bedding were so comfortable we thought we were in a 5 star hotel. "Overall the place is wonderful and we enjoyed the amenities. My teenaged boys enjoyed the game room, pool at night, beach, fire pit. I loved the bed, having a kitchenette, and the coffeemaker. Much better than a typical hotel version. I’d caution using suite 10 for more than two people. The sleeper was what you’d expect a sleeper to be - not comfortable! The bed is amazing though.
