"Great property, but we stayed in the blue chip tower and the edges of the carpet hallway could REALLY use a broom or vacuum hose. The room had cobwebs all around the ceiling. It seems like they kind of forgot about any deep cleaning in that wing. We stayed last year in a different tower and it was completely different. Overall, The room was nice, the staff was super friendly, and over all the room was clean, but disappointed in such a nice place kinda neglecting certain areas. BUT. we will come back. "

"Our girls trip to St. Pete Beach had to be cancelled due to the two hurricanes. We found this place to go to. Even though it wasn’t as warm as Florida, we still were able to walk the beach and enjoy the stunning views of Lake Michigan. The host allowed us to check in early and this is a place we would love to go back in the summertime!"

"Beautiful hotel on lake, large rooms and comfortable bed. Easy parking. Loved our covered lakefront balcony. Very close to Dunes Park. Walked across street for nice dinner at Craft House."

"I would compare our stay to that of a hospital stay without the middle of the night nurse check ins: a little out-dated, a little too sterile, maybe a stray hair left in the shower, breakfast was good and hot with plenty of things to choose from, the bed was clean and comfy. All of your basic necessities were right there: coffee maker, hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner, bar soap. Staff was available and at the desk at all times. Vending machine worked. There was a swimming pool but we didn't check it out. Overall I'd stay here again. The only thing that bothered us was the little cleaning man who accused us of smoking in our room as we were checking out. It was a very random accusation actually; we hadn't seen him at all the whole stay and he was coming in from outside as we were leaving the building. Very rude of him. Aside from that, the stay was perfectly fine. "

"We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff was kind. My family stayed here because of the pool, splash pool, and hot tub. My kids wanted to swim and this was a great option. Our room was clean. The other guests were pretty noisy running up and down and the halls when my kids were trying to sleep, but that is but the hotel’s fault for guests being disrespectful of other guests. Overall, it was an amazing weekend! "

"This quiet hidden gem is surrounded by acres of woods. The ambiance is peaceful and relaxing. The supper club is reminiscent of of a the prohibition years and serves up some great food. Highly recommend a visit for a needed getaway. "
