"This place is gorgeous and updated, if a little small. The staff was so nice and helpful whenever we went to the front desk for anything. One thing that was strange is that nobody came to clean the room any of the 4 days we were there, despite not really having the DND sign up. Otherwise, be prepared for a really nice stay in a smaller spot that's very central and walkable in Long Beach. "

"The hotel was great and we so appreciated getting a ride from the ferry building to the hotel and then the next morning getting a ride from the hotel to the cruise port. The only problem I had was I really scraped my leg badly on the van that took us to the Cruise port because the passenger sliding door was broken and we had to get out around the front passenger seat. I should’ve told the driver as it did bleed and I still have a black and blue mark and bump there as well as a big scab left...
