"This was my first visit and I was “wowed”. Rooms size and decor was excellent. Everyone relative to staff members were cordial, courteous and pleasant. Apologetic if there were any mishaps but those in essence were few to none. There was some feedback that I provided to the housekeeping manager Ken that I hope was resolved and channeled to staff members and leadership if applicable. The issue was more of a personal concern but I felt needed to be heard by the management at Beau Rivage. "
