"The excellent property was in the position that we required, was well introduced by the gentleman we met, and offered everything that we had hoped for - EXCEPT perhaps the apartment needs one comfortable single armchair (fauteuil confortable). My heart condition means that I have to sit upright and the lounge/bed did not provide me with any back support, so I had to sit in a dining chair. We very much enjoyed meeting M. et Mme Guilbert and their grand-daughter. What lovely people!"

"A delightful place to stay for a 4 day visit to Amiens. Very quiet and comfortable it had everything we needed for our visit. Well located for access to the train station, Amiens Cathédrale and everything Jules Verne. We also visited Villers-Bretonneux and the Sir John Monash Australian War Memorial, by train and on foot. "Excellent place to stay. We extended by one night. Clean and comfortable with street parking. Front desk staff were very helpful. My only concern is the 150 euro bond money has not been returned to my card yet. It has been six days since we checked out and have sent two messages to the hotel but not received any response. Our stay was very good and the kitchen let us have home cooked meals. Apart from the return of bond money would recommend this hotel."

"Despite it being very low season and most of St Valery sur Somme being shut for annual holidays, we had a lovely time. We were aware beforehand that this was the case. We have stayed at this lovey Gite before and it was fabulous then. Situated in the heart of the town it has beautiful views over the bay and is a lovely cosy fisherman’s cottage. Great facilities and beautifully clean. The check in was as easy as always and we hope to stay again. Thank you."
